Op 31 augustus werd het lustrumseizoen geopend voor de jeugd. Op een zonnige Zoom — voor het eerst op een volledig eigen veld! — deden de teams een aantal spellen en oefeningen om na de lange vakantie weer een beetje in het ritme te komen. Daarna opende de voorzitter Sander Dijkslag officieel het lustrumjaar, ter ere waarvan de lustrumcommissie voor alle aanwezigen een gebakje met RCW-logo had geregeld. Na de speech vielen de spelers aan op een goed gevulde American Picknick-tafel. Een mooie dag, en hopelijk het begin van een fantastisch lustrumjaar!
On August 31, the lustrum season was opened for the youth. On a sunny Zoom — for the first time on our completely own field! — the teams did a number of games and exercises to get back into the rhythm after the long holiday break. Then the chairman Sander Dijkslag officially opened the lustrum year, in honor of which the lustrum committee had arranged a cake with the RCW logo for all attendees. After the speech the players attacked a well-filled American Picnic table. A beautiful day, and hopefully the start of a fantastic lustrum year!
