Op 2 oktober ontvingen de dames de Foeste Moiden uit Schagen, en de heren de Groninger Studenten Rugby Club. Met 16-21 en 33-58 beten de Wageningse teams helaas beide in het stof, maar het waren fantastische wedstrijden om te zien en de derde helft werd goed gevierd!
In the first game of the competition, RC Wageningen beat URC 24-29 in Utrecht and the Purple Lions beat Groningen 61-17 in Eindhoven. A great start of the season!

It’s tournament time again! The ladies travelled to Dendermonde, and were joined by the men in Groningen the week after. The ladies even managed to win the tournament in the north – congratulations!
Promoted to 1st division! After an exciting season, Sunday May 14 the RCW ladies managed to win their last game, playing the Groningen LadyBears at home, 68-7! With this they pulled of the seemingly impossible feat of promoting two years in a row. Congratulations!
