Op zondag 1 september organiseren we twee prachtige toernooien in Wageningen en de inschrijvingen zijn vanaf nu geopend! Ons jaarlijkse Fialar toernooi zal plaatsvinden voor heren teams uit de 2e, 3e en 4e klasse en damesteams uit heel Nederland zijn dit jaar welkom in Wageningen voor de Landelijke Opwarmdag Dames. Daarnaast zijn we op deze dag ook nog gastheer van een Girls Rugby Festival van de bond, binnenkort volgt meer informatie hierover via Rugby Nederland. Inschrijven voor teams kan via deze link.
Dit alles is ter gelegenheid van het openingsweekend van ons lustrum seizoen (2024-2025) waarin we het 55-jarige bestaan van de club vieren en is het 50 jaar geleden dat de eerste dames wedstrijd in Nederland werd gespeeld, in Wageningen, en ons damesteam werd opgericht. Naast de toernooien op zondag zal er op zaterdag ook nog een spectaculaire seizoensopening zijn voor de Wageningse jeugd.

On Sunday, September 1, we will organize two wonderful tournaments in Wageningen and registrations are now open! Our annual Fialar tournament will take place for men’s teams from the 2nd, 3rd and 4th class and women’s teams from all over the Netherlands are welcome in Wageningen this year for the National Womens Warm-up Day. All this is on the occasion of the opening weekend of our lustrum season (2024-2025) in which we celebrate the 55th anniversary of the club and it is 50 years since the first women’s match was played in the Netherlands, in Wageningen, and our women’s team was founded. In addition to the tournaments on Sunday, there will also be a spectacular season opening for Wageningen youth on Saturday.
